NorWatch recieves prize

The Future in Our Hands/NorWatch received NORAD's information-prize for 2001 in December.
The jury states that NorWatch wins the prize for having "contributed considerably to a necessary debate on ethics in business and has made it possible for ordinary citizens - on the basis of knowledge and new insights - to do ethical and economical choices with impact for the North/South-dimension in international and domestic business." NorWatch shares the prize, which is worth 40,000 NOK, with The Rainforest Foundation's Garden Furniture-campaign.
